Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented. However, traffic laws, regulations, and licensing procedures may change at any time. You are responsible for complying with the most current laws and requirements in your state. Verify current licensing requirements with the responsible licensing agency before taking your examination.

5. Ownership and copyright

Practice questions are independently written based on publicly available traffic laws and regulations; they are not reproduced from any government driver's handbook or examination. “Department of Licensing,” “DOL,” “Department of Motor Vehicles,” “DMV,” and other agency names are trademarks or official names of their respective government entities. Any use here is solely for identification and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
7. Eligibility, age, and guardian purchases
To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old, or a parent or legal guardian making the purchase on behalf of a minor. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor for whom you are purchasing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Reviews, testimonials, and results claims
Any testimonial, rating, or results statement we publish reflects an actual user experience and is substantiated, and we disclose material connections where they exist. We do not claim a guaranteed or typical passing result. If we work with affiliates or endorsers, we require the same standards of them.
9. Limitation of liability
By using this service, you acknowledge that Click-ez Consulting LLC is not responsible for examination results, licensing decisions, accidents, traffic violations, or any damages arising from the use of this educational material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Governing law and disputes
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Venue, arbitration, and class-action-waiver terms are still being finalized with counsel before public sales. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
11. Purchase and refunds
Access is sold as a one-time purchase. Refund treatment is described in the refund policy, and data handling in the privacy notice. These documents are part of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is 2026-07-28. When you purchase, we record the version of the Terms you agreed to and the date of your agreement.
